Mixed Breed
Yertle (born 4/9/24) was rescued with his 5 siblings from a dire situation where several of the litter had already passed of flea anemia. After receiving immediate medical care, Yertle has blossomed into a playful and independent little boy! His foster says that he is always watching and is the first to alert to a car or visitor with a bark.
Senior
Charlie is a senior looking for a temporary foster while his dad is in physical rehabilitation. They do hope to be reunited but in the meantime, Charlie needs a loving and patient foster who has space for Charlie to use his new wheels- he does not have use of his back legs. You'd never know by his spirit but he does need additional assistance!
American Staffordshire Terrier Mix
We are accepting applications for our sweet girl, Lorelai. She was a pull from Memphis Animal Services, on September 21, 2022. When she came to us she weighed 26lbs & was heartworm positive. She is with a foster who was getting her through her first few critical months, but still has her. She is more than ready for her furever love!! She is completely house trained, and is a very well behaved house guest. She loves all people, though she is more comfortable with her doggie friends who are more on the chill side. She has gone through her heartworm treatment, over 6 months ago. She is extremely sweet, despite all of the horrors that she endured before coming into our rescue.
Colby is a beautiful boy who came under our rescue in rough shape. He was emaciated and sick. But now with our help and in the care of a local animal control kennel, Colby is receiving all the necessary care he needs and making a great comeback! He has gained weight and is almost at his perfect size. He is fully vetted, vaccinated & neutered and will make a great pal to the right family!
Mittens is being surrendered to our rescue due to too many animals in the home. She is utd on vaccinations & spayed. She is an independent cat, who will snuggle with you occasionally. She might need a little work with litter training, it is intermittent, but it is probably due to the number of cats in the home vs. the number of litter boxes. She is about 3 years old and weighs about 8lbs.
