We are taking applications for Miss Juno. This sweet little wiggle butt wants to wiggle her way right into your heart and home. She is a spayed female boxer mix. She is up to date on vaccines & vetting. She is very playful, with a quiet cuddly side. She is about 50 lbs, and aprox 1.5 years old. Gets along with other pups, with the proper intro, and is good around kids. She is in training currently, to learn how to harness her boundless energy & gain some leash manners. She knows some basic commands & is working on “leave it”. Her foster mom has had nothing but wonderful things to say about her. She is crate trained and house broken. She would be your perfect adventure dog, as she likes going for a swim in the river. If you are interested in this fantastic girl, please fill out an application.

These 2 seniors need to find a home to live out the rest of their lives!! They were brought in to the vet office on 6/16/25 to be euthanized, because the owner was getting evicted. So far they are sweet and seem to really look to each other for comfort & support. Our vet performed a full exam & they had bloodwork done. They are extremely healthy, except Lil has a very low grade heart murmur. They are good with other dogs who tolerate excited barking. They are good with humans of all sizes, and especially love the little humans. Be their hero & give them a soft place to land.

Prince

Rottweiler Mix

Currently in foster & Looking for his forever love!

  • Approx 4 years old

  • approx 95 lbs

  • Neutered Male

  • Up to date on Vaccines & Vetting

  • Heart worm negative

  • Housebroken

  • Does well with cats & other pups

We were finally able to pull Prince from the shelter, thanks to our wonderful fosters!!

Prince is a loveable, playful, charming guy who is good with other pups and showed promise during his cat test at the shelter. He is up to date on shots and will be chipped prior to adoption. He was euth listed at a local shelter after a minor bite incident in which he clearly expressed discomfort and his warning signals were ignored. He was a staff/volunteer favorite, while at the shelter.

Prince prefers a quiet, adult only household.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to Your Frequently Asked Questions

When will my adoption be finalized?

Adoptions are finalized after your application has been approved, a home, vet and reference check has been done and a meet & greet is successful. This is animal and situationally dependent. It does vary case by case but we do work diligently to get our animals in their forever homes as soon as possible!

What are the fees?

Adoption fees vary based on the size and needs of each animal but in general, they range between $50-$350.

How long are foster commitments?

Foster time commitments depend on each animal and this is discussed before any commitments are made. To support the animal, we do intend for our fosters to take care of the animal until they are adopted. We do work diligently to get our animals into their forever homes as soon as possible!

My animals have all passed away. Do I still need to provide vet information on the application?

Yes. We ask that you provide information for any pet, alive or deceased, that you have had in your care for the past 7 years.

Do I need experience with animals to volunteer?

No! It can make it easier if you do but of course, it's not necessary. We also have volunteer opportunities that don't directly involve the animals. Fill out our volunteer application!

Is there a minimum age to volunteer?

To volunteer as an adult, we ask that you be at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, we require parental consent.. We do sign papers for volunteer/ service hours as well!
